Pipeline & Partnerships

Eight Preferred Homes developments are currently planned across the country, with grants from Homes England through the Affordable Homes Programme and funding from our joint venture partner Nuveen / TIAA. We have also partnered with leading housing services provider Pinnacle Group to manage our developments.

Our schemes provide the real estate solution for partnering local authorities who deliver the care services required by qualifying residents. We work closely with local authorities to find appropriate sites with a recognised local housing and adult social care need, meaning there is demand for affordable rented Extra Care Housing.

We have identified a pipeline of opportunities across England. Our ambition is to scale up to 50 sites within the next five to seven years.

We are looking at ways of working in partnership with the wider sector and local government to bring forward new development at the pace needed.
