Preferred Homes (PHL) is pleased to announce its appointment by Homes England as an Investment Partner. Investment Partner status enables PHL to receive funding from Homes England under the Affordable Homes Programme (AHP) 2021 to 2026. This appointment confirms PHL meets Homes England’s rigorous standards on experience, capacity, resources and funding to develop affordable social housing – in our case Extra Care Housing which offers supported living for residents aged over 55 who can live independently but also need elements of personal care.
