Extra care scheme on Hunslett Hall Road in Beeston, Leeds

Preferred Homes, a Registered Provider and Homes England Investment Partner is pleased to announce that work has commenced on its 63 apartments affordable rent extra care scheme on Hunslett Hall Road in Beeston, Leeds.

Extra care scheme in Hucknall, Nottingham

Preferred Homes has purchased a site in the town centre for 73 apartments of affordable rented extra care housing. Planning consent is secured and work is scheduled to commence later this year. Discussions are ongoing with Ashfield District and Nottingham County Councils for these new homes to be prioritised for qualifying residents on the local housing register.

Extra care scheme in Kingsmere, Bicester, Oxfordshire

Preferred Homes has contracted on a site within the Kingsmere expansion area of Bicester with proposals for 82 apartments of affordable rented extra care housing. Planning consent is expected late Spring/early Summer with work due to commence later this year.

Extra care scheme in Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Preferred Homes has contracted on a site adjacent to the Percy Thrower Garden Centre with a proposal for 64 apartments of affordable rented extra care housing. Work is currently expected to commence early next year.
