Construction work is well underway on a new Extra Care Housing scheme in the heart of Hucknall on the site of a former police station. The £15.9 million town centre scheme is being constructed on behalf of Preferred Homes Ltd by Midland-based Deeley Construction, and will see the creation of 73 apartments for affordable rent.
